It is a personal tool for recording and organizing your own readings. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, manage, or prevent gestational diabetes or any other condition, and it does not provide insulin, medication, or dosing guidance. Always make health decisions with your OB, midwife, or other qualified healthcare provider. In an emergency, contact your provider or local emergency services.
Sugar Log helps you log glucose readings, meals, and notes, and to produce a report you can share with your care team. Any target numbers shown are defaults or values you enter yourself; they are not a recommendation. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for following your provider's guidance.
Your data is stored only on your device. We cannot access or recover it. You are responsible for keeping your own backups (the app provides a one-tap export). We are not responsible for data lost due to device loss, clearing browser data, or deleting the app.
The core app is free. "Pro" is an optional one-time purchase (not a subscription) processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record. A Pro license is for your personal use. Refund requests are handled per the payment provider's policy and applicable law — contact us and we'll help.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on information in or produced by the app. Your use of Sugar Log is at your own risk, and does not replace professional medical care.
